After 37 years at the helm, Anna Wintour has stepped down as Editor-in-Chief of Vogue, but will remain as Vogue’s global editorial director and Condé Nast’s global chief content officer, overseeing other titles in the company.

Chloe Malle, editor of Vogue.com, has been appointed as the new head of editorial content for Vogue U.S., reporting to Wintour. She is the American and French fashion journalist and editor, and is the daughter of actress Candice Bergen and the late director Louis Malle. She joined Vogue in 2011, serving in various roles, including Vogue.com editor, and eventually becoming a contributing editor before her recent promotion.
